He has served pharmaceutical multinationals and responsible For conceptualizing setting up in various capacities as Head of Strategic International Expansion handling the process From business strategies, Product selection, Partner selection, Project management, Filing, Approval, Product launch to life cycle management as well as SVP of Global Regulatory Affairs (US, EU, EM). He has also been associated with US FDA technical committees For more than a decade.
He set up various cost minimization models via $Synergy back-end offices and process optimizations named SETE (Strategic Excellence Technical Enhancement) which acts as a KPO. Alpesh has also been instrumental in establishing BTI -Business Transformation & Innovation as a department which develops gamification in excellence area For Quality, Operation, Digital, R&D, and virtual training.
His passion and integrity towards the pharmaceutical world have been witnessed by the pharma industry across the globe For the last 28 years. He nails down his knowledge and experience in iCretegy Solutions with an aim to serve the industry differently & decoratively in 6 verticals in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Innovation, Leadership as well as Technical Workshop and Business Strategy.
